For me, [tweet_dis]I don’t want to just gather information about my leaders, but I also want to help them discover their fullest potential and how God wants to use them in our student ministry.[/tweet_dis] So I designed this application packet for adult leaders who want to serve in our ministry. Inside the packet are the following:
- General information – personal, spiritual, ways of communication, areas of interest, times available
- Team expectations
- Spiritual Gifts Assessment – test, answer key, definition of gifts
