Really enjoyed this post on DougFields.com (which incidentally was also inspired by my friend Matt’s blog originally). When we were hanging out together recently we had some great conversations about leaving well and how to respond when you feel like quitting. Here’s the best advice from the whole thing:

Don’t. At least not until you’re REALLY sure of your decision.

I’d encourage you to head over there to read both of their full posts, but that is good stuff. Don’t trust your feelings – get the bottom of some of those feelings and sort them out before you make a hasty decision.
