I work at simply youth ministry and I'm responsible for creating stuff and editing other people's stuff. Before this (very sweet) gig, I was a pastor at Saddleback Church since 1995. I spent most of my time in youth ministry working for my hero and friend Doug Fields. During my last four years at saddleback, I led a couple different teams (regional campuses and ministry mobilization, local missions, and spiritual maturity)

More importantly, I’m married to Misha and we have five boys. All of us have names that start with M (feel free to make fun of me). I love to read science fiction and I’m a mediocre gamer (hit me up if you play xbox or wow).

Less importantly, I'm a new mac user, and very happy most of the time (except when I use entourage).
