Jeanne is the President and founder of “Youth Leader’s Coach,” a nonprofit organization whose mission is “to encourage, inspire, equip, and instruct the youth pastors and youth leaders of this generation.”  She has thrived as the leader of various local youth ministries for nearly four exciting decades, leading a youth ministry in Illinois for 13 years that grew to nearly 1000 weekly participants.

Jeanne presently serves as the local youth pastor in Atlanta where her hero and husband is the senior pastor.  She directs “OXYGEN” youth and young adult ministries there as well as serving as the Executive Director of Master’s Commission Atlanta. She now also travels internationally speaking to thousands of people each year and is the author of several popular youth leadership books. Her greatest ministry joy, though, is creating a youth leadership legacy through her personal coaching/mentoring venue, “The Cadre.”
