Poll Analysis…the other perks are nice but we do so much we either want some help or to be compensated for everything we do!

I’ll be honest. I answered “An assistant / part time team member.”

But if I really had this choice in real life, I think I’d go with the raise. Not sure what that says about me. 🙂

  • Kyle Corbin says:

I selected a raise. Mainly because I have a kid on the way and money is on my mind. I am blessed to have negotiated an education and conference budget into my compensation package, also I get government funding during the summer to hire an intern so I try to maximize them over the summer to give myself time to plan and prepare for the upcoming year. I am also realistic with my budget. Working hard to keep it restrained has helped me to slowly expand it when I need it. If you build trust; your board will work with you more.

I just got an assistant a few weeks ago. It has changed my world.
