When I first read Andy Stanley’s book “The Best Question Ever”, I thought to myself, “I should probably teach this once a year.” So I have, and I have tried to add a little twist every time, which we should always try to do to keep it fresh, right? Wasn’t it Andy Stanley who also said, “The message never changes but the presentation should.” So I’m helping salvage my daughter’s room and came across the SHREK version of the OPERATION BOARD GAME. I immediatly remembered the commercial that used to run when the game first came out, “Don’t touch the sides!” So I shot a video of me playing OPERATION with my 9 month old son crawling all over me saying that “What is the WISE THING to do?” should be like the OPERATION/BUZZER noise going off in your soul helping you with wise choices. Do we have something in place instilled inside of us that if we come to a possible poor choice or unwise decision, immediatly an alarming buzzing sound goes off screaming “Don’t touch the sides” in our heads? The short video can been seen on my blog, (www.coreymann.blogspot.com) or I can email you a link to watch for yourself.
